Position: Senior Associate / Assistant Manager - Community Recognition, ETB2B

Location: Noida

Role: Awards & Partnerships - Community Recognition

The role drives award participations, forges strategic industry partnerships, and boosts event visibility. Requires expertise in B2B conferences, strong communication skills, and a strategic mindset to enhance brand recognition and growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recognition Strategy: Identify and drive initiatives that celebrate impactful community contributions, not just award wins.
  • Community Mapping: Track key contributors, emerging voices, and leaders within the ecosystem.
  • Outreach & Storytelling: Engage nominees with a strong focus on amplifying their impact and journey.
  • Relationship Management: Build lasting relationships with community leaders and contributors.
  • Event Engagement: Leverage events to spotlight and celebrate community achievements.
  • Partnerships: Collaborate with industry bodies to co-create community recognition platforms.
  • Continuous Improvement: Evolve recognition programs based on community feedback and insights.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Master's degree preferred).

Proven experience of minimum 3+ years in B2B, community recognition, awards nomination services.

Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.

Ability to build and maintain effective client relationships.

Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Self-motivated and adaptable, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
