Job Description

Agarwal Earthmoving Spares Co. is a leading supplier and authorized distributor of spare parts for earthmoving and construction machinery, dealing in brands like Caterpillar, Komatsu, Hitachi, and Volvo.

We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Sales Executive / Business Development Executive with experience in B2B or industrial sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate leads through cold calling, field visits, IndiaMART, TradeIndia, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn
Develop new business in mining companies, contractors, and equipment owners
Handle inquiries and convert leads into sales
Promote earthmoving spare parts, excavator parts, hydraulic parts, and undercarriage parts
Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close deals
Follow up on payments, dispatch, and repeat orders
Build long-term B2B client relationships
Achieve monthly sales targets
