Royallinks is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Architect with 4+ years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing construction projects, ensuring high-quality standards and timely execution.

• Develop architectural designs, layouts, and detailed drawings.
• Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements and preferences.
• Prepare working drawings, 3D designs, and presentations.
• Collaborate with site engineers, contractors, and consultants.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.
• Visit project sites regularly to monitor progress and quality.
• Assist in material selection and project cost estimation.
• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently.

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
• Minimum 4+ years of relevant experience in architectural design and execution.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray, and other design tools.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials.
• Good communication and client-handling skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Experience in residential and commercial projects.
• Knowledge of local authority approvals (BBMP/BDA).
• Basic understanding of interior design coordination.
