Job Summary
We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior Architect to lead architectural and interior design projects from concept to execution. The candidate will be responsible for design development, client coordination, working drawings, and site coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop architectural and interior design concepts and presentations
- Prepare detailed drawings, GFC drawings, and coordination drawings
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, and site teams
- Attend client meetings and present design proposals
- Review site progress and ensure design implementation as per drawings
- Guide and mentor junior architects and design team
- Ensure project timelines and design quality standards are maintained
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and consultants
Required Skills
- Strong design and space planning skills
- Expertise in working drawings and detailing
- Good knowledge of materials and interior execution
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects

Qualification
