About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Senior Architect with strong expertise in high-rise residential projects. The ideal candidate must have experience working with reputed architectural consultancies, hands-on execution understanding, material selection proficiency, and ability to coordinate multidisciplinary drawings. Exposure to Landscaping, Structural Coordination, and Design Development is mandatory.
Job Responsibilities:
Lead architectural design development for high-rise residential projects from concept to execution.
Review, design, and approve architectural and engineering plans ensuring alignment with design intent and execution feasibility.
Ensure all drawings and designs comply with statutory regulations, local building bye-laws, fire norms, MOEF guidelines, and RERA requirements.
Coordinate effectively with Architectural Consultants, Structural, Landscape, MEP Consultants, and internal design/project teams for seamless integration of designs.
Prepare, review, and finalize GFC drawings, working drawings, detailed drawings, shop drawings, and ensure timely issuance to site.
Monitor and guide external architects on area statements including Built-up, Saleable, and RERA areas.
Drive material selection, specification approvals, and research innovative materials and construction technologies.
Provide continuous support to the execution team, resolve design/technical issues during construction, and ensure quality and finish standards.
Conduct regular site visits and inspections to verify compliance with design standards and execution accuracy.
Liaise with planning authorities, fire officers, MOEF consultants, and ensure timely approvals and compliance.
Prepare design presentations, walkthroughs, project models, and support preparation of BOQs and value engineering initiatives.
Provide inputs for marketing brochures, collaterals, and assist marketing teams with design briefs and project positioning.
Support development of Marketing Office, Mock-up Apartments, and sample flats.
Mentor and guide junior architects, monitor consultant performance, conduct skill enhancement workshops, and ensure team coordination to achieve project goals.
Network and collaborate with industry professionals to stay updated with best practices and innovation
