MINIMUM QUALIFICATION

Bachelor's degree in architecture

8 years of experience

Designed and coordinated large scale luxury high rise residential or hotel projects

5 years of project coordination

Comfortable operating from Office or site /Travel for work

Preferred Experience/Qualifications

Worked with international design consultants

Worked on BIM models

3D Rendering/ Sketch Up

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification/ Construction Management

Key Responsibilities

Conceptualizing and developing design feasibilities for evaluating new business opportunities

Leading and coordinating project design from concept to execution

Maintaining the accuracy and timeliness of architectural drafting

Managing the accuracy of the drawing tracker

Implementing state of the art design standards and laws

Performing quality checks on consultant drawings

Inspiring and leading a team of Architects

Maintaining accuracy, timeliness and nomenclature of drawings

Managing relationships with local and international consultants

Ensuring design statutory compliance

Resolving design issues and clashes

Monitoring project timelines and coordinating with all stakeholders

Oversight of construction design accuracy and design requirements

Introducing new technologies/materials

Facilitating change management
