We are seeking a
Senior Architect with extensive experience in real estate and industrial/warehouse architecture to lead the design and planning of our warehouse and logistics park developments. This role demands a blend of technical expertise, creativity, and project management capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead architectural design and planning for industrial, warehouse, and logistics infrastructure projects.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, engineers, and external consultants to ensure functional, regulatory, and aesthetic excellence.
- Develop detailed design drawings, 3D visualizations, and construction documents.
- Conduct site visits to oversee implementation and ensure design intent is maintained.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and environmental regulations.
- Drive innovation in warehouse design for energy efficiency, automation compatibility, and space optimization.
- Coordinate with local authorities for plan approvals and statutory clearances.
- Manage multiple projects concurrently while meeting deadlines and budget constraints.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
- 710 years of experience in architecture, with significant exposure to real estate and industrial/warehouse projects.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, warehouse planning norms, and industrial layouts.
- Proficiency in design software: AutoCAD (Preffered), Revit, SketchUp, Photoshop, etc.
- Strong aesthetic sensibility with a practical approach to functionality and sustainability.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
