Qualifications and experience needed:
A Bachelor's degree in Architecture with a minimum of Five to Ten years of experience is a MUST.

Typical Work includes:
- Preparing working drawings, site layout, plans, elevations, sections and details.
- Knowledge of Planning regulations of NMMC/UDCPR.
- Good knowledge of AutoCAD and Google Sketchup.
- able to understand Architectural, Structural, MEP, Landscape drawings, Project specifications, etc. to work with assigned consultants for the project and ensuring the drawing delivery at site on time.
- liaison with civic bodies/related Consultants for timely approvals of the Project essentials whenever necessary.
- develop designs, as per the relevant regulations.
- should be able to not only formulate the design but also present for discussion.
- dealing with staff and sub-contractors and ensuring quality is met.
- managing client interaction and promoting positive relationships.
- ability to manage own workload and meet deadlines.
