Edifice Consultants Pvt. Ltd. is a design consultancy working on large-scale, complex Architectural and Interior projects. We are looking for a Senior Architect to lead design delivery, coordination, and team mentoring.

Role Snapshot
- End-to-end ownership of design & drawing deliverables across all project stages
- Lead concept design, design development & documentation
- Handle Statutory submission drawings for Mumbai & Mumbai Region projects
- Coordinate with structural, MEP & other consultants to deliver integrated designs
- Manage timelines, resourcing, and design quality
- Mentor junior architects and lead internal design discussions
- Proactively identify and prevent design / coordination escalations
What We're Looking For
- 512 years of experience in architectural firms handling large-scale projects across Commercial, Educational, Residential, Mixed use, Healthcare or Hospitality typologies
- Strong design sensibility with robust documentation skills
- Working knowledge of statutory norms & approvals
- Experience managing teams and consultants
- Proficiency in AutoCAD | Revit (preferred) | SketchUp | Adobe Suite
