Job Title - Senior Architect Level I & II

Reports to - Project Architect / Team Lead
Leads - Interns, Apprentice and Junior Architects Level I & II

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 
  Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
• .4 - 8 years of experience in architectural design and project execution
• .Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, D5 Render, Enscape, Lumion, and other design visualization tools, M.S. Word suit, Adobe Suite
• .Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction practices
• .Excellent design, technical detailing. Problem identification and observation
• .Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and consultants
• .Strong communication and presentation abilities
• .Detail-orientation skills

  Preparing and reviewing detailed working drawings, plans, and technical details adhering to project standards and respective
