Job Title: Senior Account Manager
Location: Ahmedabad (Onsite)
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Account Manager with 15+ years of experience to lead client relationships and manage high-performing teams. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Record-to-Report (R2R) processes, along with proven experience in outsourcing environments, client management, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team to achieve business objectives and deliverables
- Oversee end-to-end Record-to-Report (R2R) processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Handle client communication, escalations, and stakeholder management effectively
- Drive process improvements and implement best practices to enhance efficiency
- Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and development support
- Ensure smooth delivery of services within an outsourcing setup
Requirements:
- 15+ years of relevant experience in account management
- Proven experience in outsourcing / BPO / KPO environments
- Strong experience in client and stakeholder management
- Excellent team management and leadership skills
- Hands-on experience in Record-to-Report (R2R) processes
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Educational Qualification:
- CA / CA Inter / CA Dropout candidates preferred
Preferred Skills:
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills
- Experience managing large teams and multiple client accounts
- High level of professionalism with a client-centric approach
