Job Title: Sales Head - HoReCa
Location: Ahmedabad.
Job Purpose
The Sales Head – HoReCa will be responsible for driving strategic growth, revenue expansion, and market leadership in the HoReCa (Hotels, Restaurants, and Catering) segment. This role requires a dynamic leader who can build and scale the HoReCa business, develop strong customer relationships, and deliver sustainable profitability while strengthening brand presence across institutional channels.

Key Requirements
- MBA / PGDM in Sales & Marketing Additional certifications in Sales Leadership, Key Account Management, or Supply Chain will be an added advantage
- 15–20 years of progressive experience in FMCG / Food & Beverage / Edible Oil / B2B sales environment
- Minimum 8–10 years of proven experience in handling HoReCa / Institutional Sales at a leadership level
- Strong exposure to managing national / regional HoReCa accounts, distributor networks, and large-volume institutional clients
- Demonstrated success in scaling new business verticals or launching new product categories in the HoReCa segment
- Experience in leading large, geographically dispersed sales teams and delivering consistent growth
- Strong commercial acumen with hands-on experience in pricing, margins, and P&L management
