About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Senior Education Counsellor to guide and support students in choosing the right courses and career paths. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a consultative approach, and a proven track record in counselling and conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel prospective students and working professionals about courses and career opportunities
- Handle inbound and outbound leads through calls, emails, and chats
- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable programs
- Achieve weekly and monthly enrollment targets
- Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and ensure conversion
- Provide accurate information about courses, fees, and career outcomes
- Coordinate with the admissions and academic teams
- Maintain CRM records and update lead status regularly
- Mentor junior counsellors and support team performance
Requirements:
- Graduate or Postgraduate (preferred)
- 2 to 5 years of experience in education counselling or EdTech sales
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Target-oriented mindset with a proven track record
- Ability to handle pressure and work in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office
