About the Role:

We are looking for SEOManager to lead Driffle's organic growth initiatives across SEO, content, referral programs, and app growth. This role is responsible for increasing organic traffic, improving customer engagement, growing brand awareness, and driving revenue through non-paid acquisition channels. You'll work closely with Performance Marketing, Product, CRM, Design, and Content teams to build scalable growth loops and establish Driffle as a leading gaming marketplace.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical SEO

• Own Driffle's SEO roadmap by conducting technical SEO audits, resolving crawl, indexation, duplication, canonicalization, broken-link, redirect, and orphan-page issues; improving Core Web Vitals; optimizing XML sitemaps, robots.txt, hreflang, and structured data; ensuring effective pagination, faceted navigation, and JavaScript rendering; and partnering with engineering teams to embed SEO best practices into product releases.

Organic Growth Strategy

• Develop and execute global SEO strategies across games, gift cards, software, gaming subscriptions, DLCs, and in-game top-ups; identify keyword opportunities across multiple geographies; build scalable category, collection, and landing-page strategies; optimize translations for international markets; and drive non-brand organic acquisition and revenue growth.

AI Search Optimization (AEO)

• Optimize content for AI-driven search platforms such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews.
• Implement structured data and schema to improve AI discoverability.
• Develop content frameworks aligned with emerging AI search behaviors.

Content & On-Page SEO

• Collaborate with content writers to create and optimize SEO-driven landing pages, buying guides, product descriptions, blogs, and comparison pages; improve meta titles, meta descriptions, internal linking, header hierarchy, and image optimization; and strengthen topical authority across key gaming categories.

International SEO

• Manage SEO across multiple markets and languages by implementing hreflang correctly, optimizing localized content for key regions including Europe, LATAM, MENA, and APAC, and ensuring localization aligns with regional search intent.

Analytics & Reporting

• Monitor and report on key SEO performance metrics, including organic sessions, clicks, impressions, rankings, revenue, GMV, conversion rate, indexed pages, crawl health, Core Web Vitals, AI search traffic, share of voice, and keyword growth, while delivering weekly and monthly reports with actionable insights.

Cross-functional Collaboration

• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Product, Content, Performance Marketing, CRM, Design, and Business Intelligence teams to ensure SEO requirements and best practices are incorporated into all product and website releases.

Required Skills:

• Experience: 3–6 years of experience in Technical SEO and Organic Growth, with hands-on experience managing SEO for e-commerce, marketplaces, SaaS, and large-scale websites.
• Technical SEO: Strong expertise in crawling, indexing, JavaScript SEO, schema markup, Core Web Vitals, site architecture, internal linking, and international SEO.
• AI Search & Data: Knowledge of AI Search Optimization (AEO) with the ability to analyze large datasets and prioritize SEO initiatives based on business impact.
• SEO Tools: Proficient in Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, Similarweb, Semrush, Screaming Frog, Sitebulb, Looker Studio, Google Tag Manager, PageSpeed Insights, Lighthouse, and Excel/Google Sheets, with working knowledge of BigQuery.
