About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented SEO Project Manager to lead and manage SEO projects end-to-end. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SEO strategies, technical SEO, analytics, and project management. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering SEO projects that drive measurable improvements in organic visibility, traffic, and conversions.

Responsibilities:

• Understand client goals from the Account Manager and create actionable project plans and marketing roadmaps.
• Allocate tasks across SEO, Paid, Social Organic, Content, Tech and Design to the execution team and monitor overall project progress and timelines.
• Prepare, review, and deliver all client-facing weekly and monthly performance reports.
• Serve as the main operational point of contact between Account Managers and the internal execution teams.
• Conduct internal review meetings and represent the execution team on client calls.
• Enforce adherence to SOPs in all processes and deliverables.
• Identify project-level risks or issues early and escalate them to the Senior Manager.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• 5+ years of proven experience in SEO, with at least 2-3 years in a project management role.
• Strong knowledge of SEO tools (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.).
• Familiarity with content management systems (WordPress, Shopify, etc.) and technical SEO.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive decisions.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
