Search Engine Optimization Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior SEO professional to drive organic growth across search engines and

emerging AI-powered discovery platforms. You will own SEO strategy, content, technical SEO, and GEO

initiatives to increase qualified traffic, leads, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities

Own and execute SEO and GEO strategy across

Google and AI-driven search platforms.

Drive keyword research, content strategy, topical

authority, and on-page optimization.

Lead technical SEO including crawlability, indexation, site structure, Core Web Vitals, and

schema.

Build and execute link-building and digital PR strategies.

Optimize content for AI search, answer engines, and LLM-based discovery

Monitor performance through Google Search Console, Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and related

tools.

Work closely with engineering, product, content, and marketing teams.

Track rankings, organic traffic, conversions, and AI search visibility, and turn insights into growth

initiatives.

Requirements

4-7 years of hands-on SEO experience

Strong knowledge of technical, on-page, off-page, and content SEO.

Proven track record of growing organic traffic and conversions.

Experience with Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and Screaming

Frog.

Strong understanding of semantic SEO, topical authority, structured data, and search intent.

Familiarity with GEO and AI-powered search is a strong advantage.

Experience in fintech, trading, forex, investing, or financial services is preferred.

Strong analytical, communication, and execution skills.
