Role Overview: Senior Executive - Digital (CRO & SEO)
Key Responsibilities:
- Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO):
- Landing Page Optimization: Optimize landing pages, forms, and CTAs to improve conversion rates.
- A/B Testing: Lead and implement A/B tests to improve site performance and conversion funnels.
- User Flow Analysis: Analyse user flows and make adjustments to improve the visitor experience, reducing drop-off rates and improving lead generation.
- Listing on aggregator sites
- Inhouse SEO Execution:
- On-Page SEO: Execute on-page SEO strategies, including keyword optimization, meta tag updates, header tags, and internal linking.
- Technical SEO: Oversee technical SEO efforts like improving site speed, mobile optimization, and other technical aspects of SEO.
- Backlink Strategy: Implement and manage a backlink acquisition strategy to improve website authority and organic rankings.
- Inhouse Reporting and Analytics:
- Track and report on SEO performance, including keyword rankings, organic traffic, and conversion rate improvements.
- Use tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Hotjar to analyze performance and provide actionable insights.
