We're looking for an experienced SEO Executive who is technically strong, analytical, and great at solving problems. You'll own on-page, off-page, and technical SEO. Experience with geo targeting and local SEO is important. If you've worked on multi-region or international sites with hreflang, even better.
What You'll Do
- Run technical audits, fix crawl and index issues, improve Core Web Vitals, and maintain site hygiene
- Plan and execute keyword research, mapping, and content briefs for landing pages and blogs
- Manage local SEO at scaleoptimize Google Business Profiles, citations, and location pages
- Support international SEOset up and maintain geo targeting, hreflang, and country folders/subdomains
- Improve internal linking, structured data, and on-page elements to lift relevance and CTR
- Build and manage ethical link acquisition tactics with a focus on quality
- Track performance using GA4, GSC, and rank trackersreport on traffic, rankings, conversions, and revenue impact
- Partner with content, product, and engineering to ship changes without hurting SEO
- Create clear dashboards and communicate insights to stakeholders
What You'll Bring
- 2+ years of hands-on SEO experience with measurable results
- Strong technical foundationcomfortable with site architecture, crawling, indexing, page speed, schema, and JavaScript SEO basics
- Proven work in geo topicslocal SEO, geo targeting, and ideally international SEO with hreflang
- Analytical thinkerskilled at turning data into decisions and experiments
- Problem solver who can debug issues and propose practical solutions
- Tools you know well: Google Search Console, GA4, Looker Studio, Ahrefs or Semrush, Screaming Frog or Sitebulb
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript
