Responsibilities
- hands-on exp with marketing automation platforms(MoEngage,Braze,web engage or similar system)
- Assist users in conducting effective searches on various platforms
- Provide support in identifying relevant information and resources
- Analyze search queries to improve results and user experience
- Collaborate with team members to enhance search tools and algorithms
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and technologies related to search assistance
Skills and Qualifications

- 2-4 years of experience in search assistance or related roles
- Strong understanding of search engines and optimization techniques
