Job Description

  • Co-create and execute strong digital marketing programs to drive engagement with the target audience - consumers. Execute with help of cross functional teams. Tracking and measuring the impact of the Marketing Programs.
  • Execute impactful brand communication materials and manage creative, digital and production agencies to deliver the materials in a cost impactful manner.
  • Liaise with digital and CRM agencies to create and execute robust consumer journeys to drive new user acquisition and retention by continuously optimising CPL and CPA
  • Co-create and execute strong bottom-of-funnel marketing strategies to accelerate conversion & New user acquisition on E-commerce and CRM
  • Manage A&P spend budgets and related provisions
  • Support and drive sales - work in close partnership with sales/ trade team to ensure marketing programs are driven consistently and in a high quality manner.
  • Follow due diligence in documentation and ensuring OEC SOPs are followed.
