Scrum Master, VP

As a Scrum Master at vice president level, you will drive a culture of continuous improvement within your team, enabling them to perform at a high level while maintaining a sustainable pace. You will ensure adherence to Scrum values and principles, empowering your team to deliver high-quality outcomes efficiently and transparently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coach and guide the team to perform at their highest level, removing impediments and facilitating smooth progress.
• Act as process owner for the team and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
• Facilitate meetings, discussion, decision-making, and conflict resolution within the team.
• Protect the team from external distractions and ensure the product backlog is well-prepared for upcoming sprints.
• Build a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame or retribution.
• Encourage relationship-building within and across teams to improve transparency and information sharing.
• Support the adoption of modern development practices such as extreme programming, test-driven development, and continuous integration.
