Project Management: Manage project scope and timelines, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Sprint Facilitation: Coordinate and facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Agile Coaching: Coach and mentor team members on Agile principles, Scrum framework, and best practices.
Communication & Collaboration: Facilitate internal communication and promote effective collaboration across teams. Act as the primary point of contact for external communications with customers and stakeholders.
Backlog Management: Work closely with Product Owners to manage product backlogs, refine user stories, and prioritize new requests.
Obstacle Removal: Identify and resolve conflicts, remove impediments, and ensure a smooth workflow for the development teams.
Agile Framework Expertise: Demonstrate deep understanding and practical application of Scrum techniques and artifacts (definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement).
Agile Framework Knowledge: Possess a solid understanding of other Agile frameworks (Crystal, XP, etc.)
Skills & Qualifications::-
8-12 years of proven experience in a Scrum Master role.
Strong familiarity with software development processes.
Expertise in Scrum methodologies and artifacts.
Proficiency in other Agile frameworks (Crystal, XP, etc.).
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated servant leadership abilities.
Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, etc.) is highly desirable.
