About the Job

We are looking for an experienced Senior Scrum Master who will act as a key enabler between Product Owners, DevOps teams, and stakeholders. The role requires strong hands-on Agile and Scrum expertise, the ability to facilitate technical collaboration, and drive delivery excellence across cloud-based and microservices-driven platforms. The ideal candidate should be comfortable engaging with senior business stakeholders as well as engineering teams.

Skills

Mandatory Skills

Strong experience as a Scrum Master in Agile / Scrum environments.

Hands-on experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives).

Strong collaboration skills to work closely with Product Owners and DevOps teams.

Experience supporting delivery in cloud-based and microservices architectures.

Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

Strong understanding of Agile principles, Scrum practices, and continuous improvement.

Experience using Agile tools such as Jira and Confluence.

Good-to-Have

Experience working in DevOps-oriented teams.

Exposure to cloud infrastructure concepts and cost optimization.

Experience with ServiceNow for workflow or incident tracking.

Agile certifications such as CSM, SAFe Scrum Master, or equivalent.

Job Description

Facilitate collaboration between Product Owners and DevOps teams to translate business and technical requirements into solution architecture.

Enable DevOps teams to understand and align with the strategic product vision and roadmap.

Drive Agile delivery with Scrum excellence across daily execution and sprint cycles.

Support hands-on technical collaboration across modern architectures and microservices frameworks.

Guide teams on cloud infrastructure sizing and cost optimization practices.

Promote continuous improvement by identifying innovative solutions, tools, and methodologies.

Act as a Scrum evangelist, effectively communicating with senior business stakeholders and development teams.

Remove impediments and ensure smooth delivery by addressing dependencies and risks.

Maintain Agile artifacts, metrics, and documentation using Jira, Confluence, and ServiceNow.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure effective Scrum adoption across assigned teams.

Facilitate seamless collaboration between business and technical stakeholders.

Drive consistent sprint delivery and improve team velocity and predictability.

Support Agile best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.

Provide guidance and coaching to teams on Scrum and Agile principles.

Ensure transparency through reporting, dashboards, and Agile metrics.

Qualifications & Certifications

Required

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

8+ years of experience working in Agile / Scrum environments.

Strong hands-on experience as a Scrum Master.

Preferred

Certified Scrum Master (CSM)

SAFe Scrum Master (SSM)

Agile or DevOps-related certifications
