Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and coach multiple Scrum teams in applying Agile principles, practices, and frameworks (Scrum/Kanban) to deliver high-quality product increments.
  • Partner closely with Product Owners and stakeholders to refine backlogs, define priorities, and ensure clarity of requirements.
  • Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
  • Identify, track, and remove impediments to drive team efficiency and smooth delivery.
  • Guide teams toward continuous improvement by analyzing performance metrics, sprint outcomes, and workflow challenges.
  • Coordinate cross-team dependencies and ensure alignment between engineering, QA, product, and leadership.
  • Support teams in planning, executing, and demonstrating product releases; coordinate UAT and system testing phases.
  • Maintain project documentation, delivery timelines, progress trackers, and financial aspects as required.
  • Provide transparent and timely reports to leadership through dashboards, burn-down charts, and status updates.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, transparency, and high performance across teams.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree required; Masters degree preferred.
  • 810 years of professional experience, with strong experience as a Senior Scrum Master.
  • Professional Scrum certification is mandatory (e.g., CSM, PSM-I/II, SAFe).
  • Expertise in Agile frameworks including Scrum, Kanban, and scaled Agile practices.
  • Proficiency in project management and development tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC, product development processes, and cross-functional coordination.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, stakeholder management, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to mentor team members and support organizational Agile maturity.
