Key Responsibilities

Lead and coach multiple Scrum teams in applying Agile principles, practices, and frameworks (Scrum/Kanban) to deliver high-quality product increments.
Partner closely with Product Owners and stakeholders to refine backlogs, define priorities, and ensure clarity of requirements.
Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
Identify, track, and remove impediments to drive team efficiency and smooth delivery.
Guide teams toward continuous improvement by analyzing performance metrics, sprint outcomes, and workflow challenges.
Coordinate cross-team dependencies and ensure alignment between engineering, QA, product, and leadership.
Support teams in planning, executing, and demonstrating product releases; coordinate UAT and system testing phases.
Maintain project documentation, delivery timelines, progress trackers, and financial aspects as required.
Provide transparent and timely reports to leadership through dashboards, burn-down charts, and status updates.
Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, transparency, and high performance across teams.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree required; Masters degree preferred.
810 years of professional experience, with strong experience as a Senior Scrum Master.
Professional Scrum certification is mandatory (e.g., CSM, PSM-I/II, SAFe).
Expertise in Agile frameworks including Scrum, Kanban, and scaled Agile practices.
Proficiency in project management and development tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar.
Strong understanding of SDLC, product development processes, and cross-functional coordination.
Exceptional communication, leadership, stakeholder management, and conflict-resolution skills.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to mentor team members and support organizational Agile maturity.
