Role Overview:
We are seeking an accomplished and visionary Leader - SAP Solutions Head to lead our global SAP transformation initiatives. This strategic leadership role involves defining solution strategies, engaging with clients, managing partnerships, and championing innovation in SAP technologies.
Location: Hyderabad / Bangalore / Chennai / Delhi NCR (India)
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership & Solution Ownership
- Define and execute HCLTech's global SAP solution strategy aligned with market trends and client needs.
- Lead large-scale SAP transformation programs, including RISE initiatives exceeding $25M+.
Market Engagement & Deal Leadership
- Drive front-end strategic client engagements, showcasing our SAP expertise and value proposition.
- Lead presales efforts, ensuring high-quality solution design and proposal development.
SAP Ecosystem & Partnership Management
- Maintain senior-level relationships with SAP regional and global leadership.
- Foster strategic partnerships within the SAP ecosystem to enhance solution offerings.
Solution Excellence & Delivery Alignment
- Govern pre-sales quality and ensure delivery excellence across projects.
- Collaborate with delivery teams to align solutions with client expectations and industry standards.
Thought Leadership & Practice Development
- Champion innovation narratives around S/4HANA, BTP, AI, Joule, Industry Cloud, and Sustainability.
- Drive practice development initiatives to keep HCLTech at the forefront of SAP technology advancements.
Required Experience & Qualifications:
- 20+ years of SAP experience with a strong background in consulting, transformation, and presales leadership.
- Proven track record of winning and delivering large SAP transformation or RISE programs.
