About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned leader to head the Healthcare business for a global technology/services organization. This role will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding client relationships, and building a differentiated healthcare portfolio across payer, provider, and life sciences segments.
The ideal candidate will combine strong business development capabilities with deep domain expertise and the ability to lead large, cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
Business Growth & P&L Ownership
- Own and drive the Healthcare business unit with full P&L responsibility
- Define and execute growth strategy across payer, provider, and life sciences segments
- Build and scale a strong pipeline of new business opportunities
- Drive revenue growth through both existing accounts and new logos
Client Engagement & Account Expansion
- Build and nurture CXO-level relationships across key healthcare clients
- Identify opportunities for cross-sell and upsell across services
- Lead strategic discussions and position value-driven solutions
Market Strategy & Positioning
- Define go-to-market (GTM) strategy for healthcare vertical
- Identify emerging trends (digital health, data, AI, interoperability, etc.) and align offerings
- Work closely with alliances and partners to strengthen market presence
Delivery & Execution Oversight
- Ensure successful delivery across programs with high client satisfaction
- Establish governance frameworks, KPIs, and performance tracking
- Collaborate with delivery leaders to ensure quality and scalability
Leadership & Team Building
- Build, mentor, and scale high-performing sales and delivery teams
- Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and collaboration
- Drive talent strategy for the healthcare vertical
Key Requirements
- 20+ years of experience in Healthcare / Life Sciences domain within IT services / consulting organizations
- Proven track record of driving large deals and managing multi-million-dollar portfolios
- Strong understanding of payer, provider, and/or life sciences ecosystems
- Experience managing global clients (US/Europe markets preferred)
- Demonstrated leadership in managing large teams and complex engagements
- Strong executive presence with ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders
Preferred Experience
- Exposure to digital transformation initiatives (Cloud, Data, AI, Analytics)
- Experience working with global healthcare clients or GCCs
- Prior experience in a leadership role owning business growth
