Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Act as a SAP HCM functional resource for US Payroll, Personnel Administration, Organization Management, and Time Management.
Design and document payroll business requirements and functional specifications.
Configure SAP HCM US Payroll according to requirements.
Maintain appropriate documentation standards.
Supervise application build, testing, and deployment activities.
Plan and execute functional and payroll-related tests.
Integrate SAP HCM with FICO module and 3rd party payroll systems.
Configure and maintain BSI Tax Factory.
Implement user-exits, enhancement spots, custom-built operations, and functions.
Provide expertise in US Year-End processing for payroll.
