Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Act as a SAP HCM functional resource for US Payroll, Personnel Administration, Organization Management, and Time Management.
  • Design and document payroll business requirements and functional specifications.
  • Configure SAP HCM US Payroll according to requirements.
  • Maintain appropriate documentation standards.
  • Supervise application build, testing, and deployment activities.
  • Plan and execute functional and payroll-related tests.
  • Integrate SAP HCM with FICO module and 3rd party payroll systems.
  • Configure and maintain BSI Tax Factory.
  • Implement user-exits, enhancement spots, custom-built operations, and functions.
  • Provide expertise in US Year-End processing for payroll.
