Job Description

• Configure and support SAP HCM Payroll and Time Management modules

• Ensure accurate payroll processing and compliance with organizational policies

• Manage time management configurations including attendance and leave structures

• Collaborate with HR and business teams for requirement gathering and solution implementation

• Support HR operations including personnel administration and organizational management

• Troubleshoot and resolve payroll and time-related system issues

• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and regulatory compliance

• Participate in system upgrades, enhancements, and testing activities

• Improve HR process efficiency through SAP system optimization
