Designation : SAP CRM Consultant
Experience: 10 to 15 Years
Location: Pan India
Job Description:
10+years of relevant experience in SAP CRM sales and service along with SAP SD with industries like Apparel, Retail, Trading , Automobile, Rental
Candidate should have worked in minimum two E2E implementations projects
Must be able to communicate effectively with Senior Management / Clients
SAP Configuration skills in CRM Module along with ECC integration, SD Order to Cash
Strong consulting skills and business knowledge to assist clients in the SAP CRM Sales and Service area
Configuration of One Order object, IBase, Web UI, Business Role, service order, service contract, complaint management and resource planning.
Knowledge in User exits, BAPI, BADi and WRICEF objects.
Key Skills : CRM Sales, Service Management, Web UI, Middleware, Order to Cash
Eligibility Criteria: Graduate of either B.E. / B.Tech in Engineering, Computer Applications, MBA
