Job Descriptions
- Work Experience (Domain / SAP): 6+years of relevant experience in SAP CRM sales and service along with SAP SD with industries like Apparel, Retail, Trading, Automobile, Rental
- Candidate should have worked in minimum two E2E implementations projects
- Must be able to communicate effectively with Senior Management / Clients
- SAP Configuration skills in CRM Module along with ECC integration, SD Order to Cash
- Strong consulting skills and business knowledge to assist clients in the SAP CRM Sales and Service area
- Configuration of One Order object, IBase, Web UI, Business Role, service order, service contract, complaint management and resource planning.
- Knowledge in User exits, BAPI, BADi and WRICEF objects.
- Key Skills: CRM Sales, Service Management, Web UI, Middleware, Order to Cash
- Eligibility Criteria: Graduate of either B.E. / B.Tech in Engineering, Computer Applications, MBA
