Position: Sample Collection Rider (Phlebotomy Support)
Location: West Delhi, South Delhi, Noida, Gurgaon

Job Summary
We are hiring Riders for Lab Sample Collection who will be responsible for collecting diagnostic samples from patients locations and ensuring safe and timely delivery to the lab.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit patient locations for sample collection (home collection services)
- Coordinate with phlebotomist/lab team for sample pickup
- Ensure safe handling and transportation of samples to the laboratory
- Maintain proper labeling, packaging, and documentation of samples
- Follow hygiene and safety protocols during sample handling
- Manage daily route planning for efficient collection and delivery
- Maintain communication with patients and lab team for scheduling
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th pass
- Experience in delivery / field work preferred
- Basic understanding of medical sample handling (preferred but not mandatory)
Requirements
- Must have own two-wheeler with valid driving license
- Smartphone is compulsory
- Good knowledge of local areas (Delhi / Noida / Gurgaon)
- Basic communication skills
Salary & Benefits
- Fixed Salary: ₹13,000 – ₹15,000 per month
- Conveyance: ₹3 per km
- Additional incentives (if applicable)
