About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Human Resource Executive to join our growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate individual at the beginning of their HR career to gain hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment. The selected candidate will initially join as an intern and may be considered for a full-time position based on performance.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Source potential candidates through multiple channels including job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking events.
Conduct initial screening of resumes and cover letters to shortlist suitable candidates.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and manage interview logistics.
Prepare and share interview schedules, send invitations, and follow up to ensure candidate attendance.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions, application status, and recruitment KPIs.

Desired Candidate Profile:

01 year of experience in talent acquisition or a related HR function (Freshers are encouraged to apply).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Ability to work independently in a remote/work-from-home environment.
Proficiency in MS Office tools, especially MS Excel, for recruitment tracking and reporting.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

Compensation & Growth Path:

Stipend (Internship Phase):

Months 16: 12,500/month + Performance-Based Incentives
Months 7–12: 18,000/month + Performance-Based Incentives

Full-Time Conversion:

After successful completion of 12 months, eligible interns will be evaluated for a full-time role with a CTC of up to 4 LPA + Incentives.
