Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Salesperson based in New Delhi, with flexibility for partial work from home. The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients, managing sales pipelines, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and presenting tailored solutions from VIIPS's portfolio of services. Additional responsibilities include meeting sales targets, preparing and delivering compelling proposals, staying updated on market trends, and collaborating with internal teams to develop effective strategies for client engagement.

Qualifications
  • Sales and Client Acquisition: Strong skills in sales strategies, lead generation, client prospecting, and building long-term customer relationships.
  • Communication and Negotiation: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to conduct persuasive presentations and negotiate client agreements.
  • Market Knowledge: Familiarity with business consulting, intellectual property solutions, and compliance services, along with an understanding of related industries.
  • Problem-Solving and Strategy: Ability to identify client needs, propose solutions effectively, and contribute to strategic sales planning and execution.
  • Technology Literacy: Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and digital communication platforms.
  • Additional Qualifications: A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. Prior experience in sales for consulting, IP solutions, or corporate services will be an advantage.
  • Self-Motivation and Team Collaboration: Strong work ethic, ability to work independently in a hybrid model, and commitment to achieving and exceeding goals.
