Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify, engage, and nurture relationships with prospective clients for both residential and commercial real estate projects.
  • Conduct professional site visits and property tours, articulating project features and value propositions effectively to potential buyers.
  • Drive consistent sales performance by achieving monthly and quarterly targets through strategic lead conversion.
  • Assess client requirements thoroughly to offer personalized and effective property solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to optimize lead generation and ensure timely follow-up on inquiries.
  • Maintain detailed and up-to-date records of client interactions, negotiations, and deal closures using CRM tools.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and pricing dynamics to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum of 1 year of successful experience in real estate sales (residential and/or commercial).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to build strong, long-term client relationships and close high-value deals.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and committed to achieving result
