Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role based in Delhi, India. The Salesperson will be responsible for generating leads, fostering client relationships, pitching services effectively, and closing sales deals. The role will also involve collaborating with the marketing team for campaign execution, maintaining records of customer interactions, and providing excellent customer service to drive satisfaction and retention. Achieving and surpassing sales targets will be a core focus of this role.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in lead generation, direct sales, and client management
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
  • Experience in customer relationship management and problem-solving
  • Understanding of marketing and sales processes
  • Proficiency in sales-related tools and CRM software
  • Self-motivation, goal-oriented mindset, and strong organizational skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Previous experience in sales or a customer-facing role is a plus
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment
