Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Salesperson located in Kolkata. The Salesperson will be responsible for understanding customer needs, promoting company products, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. Additional responsibilities include preparing sales reports, analyzing market trends, and identifying new business opportunities to drive growth. Collaboration with the marketing and operations teams is also expected.
Qualifications
- Expertise in communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management
- Skills in lead generation, sales forecasting, and market research
- Strong knowledge of sales strategies, marketing techniques, and industry trends
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and other sales-related software
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Previous experience in sales roles is advantageous
