Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Salesperson, based in the Kolkata metropolitan area. The Salesperson will be responsible for understanding customer needs, presenting appropriate products, closing sales, and maintaining strong client relationships. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying sales opportunities, meeting potential clients, negotiating contracts, and following up on leads. Additionally, the role may involve collaborating with the team to implement sales strategies and achieve targets.
Qualifications
- Strong Sales and Negotiation skills to identify opportunities, present products, and close deals
- Exceptional Communication, Presentation, and Client Relationship Management abilities
- Ability to analyze market trends and use critical thinking for problem-solving
- Goal-oriented mindset with time management and organizational skills
- Proficiency with CRM software and basic digital tools; familiarity with sales reporting
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience in sales or retail is an advantage but not required
