Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site role for a Salesperson located in Kolkata. The Salesperson will engage in day-to-day tasks such as identifying customer needs, presenting Kotak Life's products, and managing client relationships. The role includes generating leads, conducting client meetings, and achieving sales targets.
Qualifications
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for client engagement and support
- Proven ability in lead generation, sales strategy implementation, and achieving targets
- Understanding of financial products, customer service, and market trends
- Organizational and time management skills to handle a sales portfolio efficiently
- Experience in insurance or financial services is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is preferred
