Role Description

This is a full-time, hybrid role for a Salesperson located in Pune, with some work from home acceptable. The Salesperson will be responsible for generating leads, conducting market research, identifying potential clients, and building and maintaining client relationships. They will also be involved in developing and presenting sales proposals, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. Additionally, the Salesperson will coordinate with the technical team to ensure customer needs are met and provide post-sales support.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, business development, or a similar role
• Strong understanding of automation solutions and manufacturing processes
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Proficiency in conducting market research and generating leads
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools
• Experience in the automation or manufacturing sector is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
