Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Intern located in Pune City. The Sales and Marketing Intern will assist in executing sales strategies, engaging with clients, and maintaining strong customer relationships. Daily tasks will include market research, promoting services, supporting sales activities, and fostering new business opportunities. The intern will also provide customer service, assist in training sessions, and track performance metrics to contribute to the company's growth and success.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and address their needs.
- Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management to support and drive business growth initiatives.
- Experience or willingness to assist in Training and knowledge-sharing activities.
- Self-motivated, with strong time management, organizational, and analytical abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic CRM tools is a plus.
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
