Description (About the Role):
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Intern to join our sales team. As an Sales Intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales efforts, engaging with potential clients and helping to drive business growth. Key Responsibilities: -
Lead Generation:
- Research and identify potential clients in the IT industry.
- Utilize various tools and platforms to gather contact information and build a database of leads.
Prospecting:
- Reach out to potential clients via email, phone calls, and social media.
- Qualify leads by understanding their business needs and pain points.
Sales Support:
- Assist in the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings between potential clients and the sales team.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and interactions in the CRM system.
- Follow up with leads and nurture relationships to move them through the sales pipeline.
Market Research:
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential opportunities.
- Provide insights and recommendations to the sales team based on research findings.
Reporting:
- Prepare regular reports on lead generation, prospecting activities, and sales performance.
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and success metrics.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
- Thorough understanding of IT products and services.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a sales environment.
