Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Solution Architect with strong Airline/Aviation domain expertise to lead enterprise-grade Sales Cloud and Service Cloud implementations for aviation customers based in Dubai.
This is a customer-facing, high-impact role combining solution architecture, delivery leadership, and account growth responsibilities. The architect will own end-to-end discovery, solution design, and execution while collaborating closely with offshore delivery teams and client stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary on-site Salesforce Solution Architect for airline and aviation clients
- Lead business and technical discovery workshops, requirement analysis, and solution design sessions
- Architect, govern, and oversee Sales Cloud and Service Cloud implementations aligned with aviation business processes
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders and executives, managing expectations and delivery outcomes
- Provide architectural leadership and guidance to offshore development and delivery teams
- Ensure best practices in Salesforce architecture, scalability, security, and performance
- Support pre-sales activities, including solution presentations, estimations, upsell, and account expansion opportunities
- Drive successful delivery while maintaining high customer satisfaction and long-term engagement
Required Experience & Skills
- 612+ years of experience in CRM or enterprise application implementations
- 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Solution Architect
- Strong hands-on expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
- Mandatory: Proven experience in the Airline / Aviation domain
- Excellent workshop facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working in customer-facing, on-site roles with global clients
- Ability to coordinate across distributed teams and manage complex delivery environments

- Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA)
- Salesforce Certified Solution Architect
