Salesforce Solution Architect
We are seeking a highly skilledSalesforce Solution Architectto design, implement, and optimize Salesforce solutions that align with our business objectives. The ideal candidate will serve as the technical leader and trusted advisor, bridging the gap between business requirements and technical execution. This role requires deep expertise in Salesforce architecture, integration, and customization, as well as strong communication skills to collaborate across stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Solution Design & Architecture
- Lead the design of scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce solutions.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and solution blueprints.
- Ensure alignment with Salesforce best practices and enterprise architecture standards.
- Implementation & Delivery
- Oversee configuration, customization, and integration of Salesforce applications.
- Guide development teams in implementing solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and other Salesforce technologies.
- Manage end-to-end solution delivery, ensuring quality and timely execution.
- Stakeholder Collaboration
- Partner with business leaders, product owners, and technical teams to define requirements.
- Act as a trusted advisor, providing guidance on Salesforce capabilities and limitations.
- Communicate complex technical concepts in clear, business-friendly language.
- Governance & Best Practices
- Establish and enforce coding standards, security protocols, and data governance policies.
- Conduct design reviews and ensure compliance with architectural principles.
- Stay current with Salesforce releases, features, and industry trends.
- Mentorship & Leadership
- Mentor developers, administrators, and junior architects.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the Salesforce team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (master's preferred).
- 8+ years of experience in Salesforce development and architecture.
- Proven track record of designing and delivering complex Salesforce solutions.
- Strong expertise in:
- Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
- Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, SOQL/SOSL.
- Integration tools (MuleSoft, REST/SOAP APIs, ETL platforms).
- Data modeling, security, and performance optimization.
- Salesforce certifications such as:
- Salesforce Certified Application Architect
- Experience in Salesforce CPQ/Vlocity/OMNIStudio, MuleSoft, DataCloud or AgentForce knowledge is a plus.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
