Salesforce Service Cloud

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer with 5–8 years of hands-on expertise on the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Service Cloud (including Omni Channel), Apex programming, and Salesforce APIs, with experience in Data Cloud, Experience Cloud, and integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and implement solutions on the Salesforce platform
• Customize and configure Service Cloud, including Omni-Channel routing and case management
• Develop scalable and reusable components using Apex, SOQL, and SOSL
• Implement and integrate Salesforce with external systems via SOAP/REST APIs
• Work with Salesforce Data Cloud and Experience Cloud to enhance user experience and data processing
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architects, admins, and QA for delivering quality releases
• Maintain documentation, unit tests, and deployment processes

Required Skills:

• 5–8 years of development experience on Salesforce platform
• Strong knowledge of Service Cloud with Omni Channel configuration
• Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud and Experience Cloud
• Proficient in Apex programming, SOQL, SOSL
• Deep understanding of Salesforce APIs (SOAP and REST)
• Experience in integrating Salesforce with third-party systems
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
• Salesforce Developer Certification is a plus
