Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce QA Engineer to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of Salesforce applications and solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute test plans, test cases, and test scenarios for Salesforce applications.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and UAT testing.
• Validate Salesforce configurations, workflows, Flows, validation rules, reports, and integrations.
• Identify, document, and track defects through resolution.
• Collaborate with Salesforce Developers, Admins, Business Analysts, and stakeholders.
• Perform API and integration testing where required.
• Ensure applications meet functional and business requirements.
• Support release validation and post-deployment testing.

Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce QA/testing experience.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud / Service Cloud.
• Experience with Salesforce testing methodologies and defect management.
• Good knowledge of Flows, validation rules, reports, permissions, and integrations.
• Experience with Jira or similar defect-tracking tools.
• Familiarity with API testing tools such as Postman is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Preferred

• Salesforce certification is a plus.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Exposure to Salesforce deployment and CI/CD processes.
