OSI Digital is looking for Salesforce QA Engineer to work on new implementations, upgrades, and ongoing support projects. Responsibilities

• Perform functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing for Salesforce applications
• Validate Salesforce moduleslike Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Marketing Cloud
• Analyze business requirements and create test scenarios, test cases, and test data
• Execute test cases and report defects using tools like Jira Work closely with developers, admins, and business stakeholders
• Validate Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and integrations
• PerformAPI testing and integration testing with third-party systems
• Support release cycles and production deployments.
  
  

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of experience in Salesforce application testing
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM – Sales & Service clouds
• Experience working with Salesforce workbench
• Strong hands on experience in all stages of STLC - test planning, test design, test case creation, test case execution, defect reporting, requirement analysis, test estimation
• Collaborate with the development team for defects resolution
• Collaborate with product owners for requirements understanding and clarifications
• Design and create test cases based on the functional requirements
• Execute test cases and defect reporting
• Strong experience in Functional testing – Smoke testing, regression testing, retesting, Cross browser / device compatibility testing, API testing
• Excellent communication skills for client interaction & status reporting
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
