Job Description
We are looking for a Salesforce QA Engineer at Noida location with 4+ years of experience who will play a key role in ensuring the quality and performance of our Salesforce applications, focusing on both manual and automated testing processes.
The role involves collaboration with teams in an Agile environment, working closely with Product Managers, Product Owners, Business Analysts, Developers, and other stakeholders to design, execute, and maintain test cases for Salesforce solutions.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
4 to 8 years of experience in Salesforce Testing.
Develop detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on functional requirements, business use cases, and user stories.
Create and maintain test data for both functional and integration testing.
Creating and defining risks, contingencies, and plans.
Collaborate with product management and technical teams to identify testing needs and scenarios.
Execute manual testing of Salesforce applications, including UI, functional, and regression testing.
Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using Salesforce testing tools such as Selenium, Worksoft, BrowserStack, LambdaTest.
Perform integration testing to ensure smooth communication between Salesforce and third-party systems (e.g., ERP, payment gateways).
Experience leveraging AI tools for QA tasks.
Working knowledge of project management/issue tracking tools.
Identify, document, and track defects in the respective tracking tools ensuring timely resolution.
Re-test fixed defects and verify that solutions meet acceptance criteria.
Conduct performance testing to validate the scalability of Salesforce applications using tools like JMeter or LoadRunner.
Perform API testing to verify integrations with external systems using tools like Postman or SoapUI.
Participate in Agile sprint cycles to ensure timely delivery of high-quality Salesforce solutions.
Contribute to the improvement of testing processes and best practices within the team.
