Job Description

Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer with strong expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud (all service processes including Omni-Channel, Case Management, Entitlements, Milestones, Knowledge, CTI/Telephony) and Experience Cloud. The ideal candidate should have solid hands-on coding experience in Apex, LWC, and Aura, along with strong communication and team-mentoring capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud (including Omni-Channel, Case Lifecycle, Workflows, Entitlements, Milestones, Service Console, Knowledge), and Experience Cloud.
  • Develop high-quality Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, schedulers, and integrations.
  • Build responsive UI components using LWC and Aura Components.
  • Implement and configure Service Cloud features such as Omni-Channel routing, Case Assignment, Email-to-Case, Web-to-Case, Service Console setup, Knowledge setup, and SLAs.
  • Work closely with functional teams to gather and convert requirements into technical designs.
  • Perform code reviews, follow Salesforce best practices, and mentor junior developers.
  • Support deployment tools.
  • Communicate clearly with business stakeholders, product owners, and leadership.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Total of 9-14 Years of experience in IT
  • Minimum 6+ years of hands-on coding experience in Apex, LWC, Aura, SOQL, Batch/Scheduled Apex.
  • Strong expertise in Service Cloud (including all service processes: Omni-Channel, Case Management, Entitlements, Milestones, Knowledge Management, CTI integrations, Service Console).
  • Good working knowledge of Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud.
  • Strong understanding of profiles, permission sets, security models, sharing rules, and Salesforce configuration.
  • Hands-on experience with deployment tools (Change Sets, Copado, Gearset, DevOps).
  • Ability to mentor developers and coordinate within a team.
  • Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
  • Experience with integration patterns (REST/SOAP, Platform Events).
  • Expertise in Salesforce Flows and declarative automation.
  • Relevant Salesforce certifications (Admin, PD1,PD2 Service Cloud) are a plus.
