* Full SDLC participation: Requirement analysis, design, development, testing

* Performance optimization: Governor limits, bulkification, indexing, and best practices for
scalability.
* DevOps & CI/CD: Version control (Git), Salesforce DX, metadata deployments, and sandbox
management.
* Debugging & Troubleshooting: Proficient with Debug Logs, Developer Console, and Event
Monitoring.
Certifications
* Salesforce Certified Administrator

Responsibilities
* Enhance/Maintain Salesforce implementations across business units, ensuring scalability.
* Troubleshoot and resolve bugs, performance issues, and system errors with root-cause
analysis.
* Design and implement scalable, reusable solutions (avoiding one-off fixes).
* Manage data hygiene: Data loads, deduplication, and archival strategies.
* Documentation: Maintain system architecture, integrations, and change logs.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
* Support CI/CD pipelines and governance (sandbox refreshes, release management).
* Ticket Management: Prioritize and resolve cases (Salesforce Cases, JIRA, or ServiceNow).
