About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer who can design, build, and customize Salesforce applications that align with business requirements. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in Apex, Lightning Components, Integrations, and Salesforce best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Implement and configure Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom applications
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs
- Participate in requirement analysis, technical design, and code reviews
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure high-quality delivery aligned with business goals
- Maintain code quality, security standards, and platform performance
Required Skills & Experience
- 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
- Strong knowledge of Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL
- Experience with Salesforce integrations, API development, and middleware tools
- Good understanding of Salesforce configuration, workflows, validation rules, and process automation
- Salesforce Developer certification(s) preferred (e.g., Platform Developer I/II)
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
